This stylish villa was inspired by the owners’ first trip to St Barts and was conceptualised with the expertise of architect Francois Picard.

Castelet is located high up on Red Hawk Ridge above Oualie beach and affords commanding views of the sister island of St Kitts, which rises majestically out of the Caribbean sea. Breathtaking sunsets and star filled skies can be enjoyed from the outdoor entertaining pod and surrounding terraces.

The villa is set in a lush tropical garden and features a curved edge infinity pool with an abundance of lounging and sunbathing hotspots.

Castelet is a one of a kind property on Nevis and consists of 7 individual buildings within the gardens, maximising privacy for all guests of the villa.

GREAT ROOM

This comfortable Great Room features a cathedral ceiling and hand finished Nevisian volcanic stone floor. Beautifully furnished with gold fabric sofas, Mexican armoire for TV/DVD and occasional tables – it opens out on to the main pool terrace with breathtaking views.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is a cooks delight – with an open granite counter from which to serve lunch to the dining terrace below and enjoy the expansive views over the infinity edge pool. Kitted out with Stainless Steel Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, Toaster, Gas Grill, sink waste disposal and Ceiling Fan and all silver and tableware.

There is a large walk in larder (which doubles as an owners closet) with back up freezer, wine fridge and beer fridge.

MASTER BEDROOM

The Master Suite is situated at the front of the house and features Nevisian volcanic stone floors, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, A/C Unit, Four Poster Bed and a generous en suite bathroom. It has its own private terrace with seating from which to appreciate the dramatic vista.

This generous guest suite features cathedral ceiling, Nevisian volcanic stone floors, Queen sized Four Poster bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and private patio.

The villa is accessed through a large door in a perimeter wall which ensures complete privacy once inside the grounds.

The tropical gardens are well established and have a delightful historic sugar copper converted into a water feature which adds a lovely serene element to the terrace.

The garden is simply stunning at night when the automatic lighting bathes Castelet in romantic twinkling lights – it is the most romantic spot on the island.
